Adult Foster Care
- Earn a tax-free stipend of up to $1,600 monthly*
- Caregiver must be above the age of 18 and must reside with the individual. *Stipend is based on assessment and the number of days in the month.
Service List
- Frequent visits throughout the year
- Provide safety training
- Provide education on compliance with medication regimen, doctors appointments, and reinforcing a healthy livelihood including nutrition/diet
- Building a rapport with families
- Establish a care plan, identify goals, and provide support to the consumer and the caregiver
- Providing external resources to improve quality of life
