We are an Adult Foster Care program based in Lowell, MA.
Our goal is to promote health and wellness. Keeping individuals in their homes, safe and in good health. We provide a vast of training, education, and in-home support to prevent hospital and nursing home stays.
We are a diverse team offering multilingual communication.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote hope, and positivity and transform the lives of the consumers we serve by ensuring a safe home, and a continuity of independence, and provide quality care as we provide financial support to the caregiver.
